Put the Puzzle Pieces Together

In the last few lessons, you have collected two treasures: a little story you wrote yourself, and some pictures AI helped you draw. But right now they are still like scattered puzzle pieces. They have not become a book yet. In this lesson, we will "bind" them into a real picture book. Binding means putting the words and pictures in order, page by page, so you can show them off.

One Picture per Page

Picture books have a simple rule: usually one page has one picture, with one or two sentences. You can split it like this: the first page gets the "beginning" text and its picture; the second page gets the "middle" trouble and that picture; the third page gets the "ending" solution and the ending picture. For example, "Tuan-tuan the Flying Cat" could go like this: page one, Tuan-tuan on top of the tree getting ready to sneeze; page two, Tuan-tuan stuck up on a cloud; page three, Tuan-tuan hopping back along the geese. Readers can flip through and understand right away, and the rhythm feels just right.

Add a Title and Your Name

A real picture book has the title and the author name on the cover. The title can be short and fun, like "The Sneezy Kitten" or "Tuan-tuan Goes to the Sky." For the author, you can write "Words by (your name), Pictures with help from AI," or even "Drawn by me and AI together." Writing your own name is important, because this is your work. You are the owner of this book, and AI is the helper who came to lend a hand.

Sharing Is Learning Too

When you are done, do not forget to share! You can read it out loud to Mom and Dad, take it to school to show your friend, or take photos to send to Grandma and Grandpa far away. While you share, notice how people react. Where did they laugh? Where did they look confused? Their feedback is like little mirrors. It helps you tell the story even better next time. You can also ask them: "Which picture did you like best? Why?" That is how you slowly learn which kinds of pictures touch people hearts.

A Little Reminder: Honestly Say "I Made This With AI"

When you share your work, say it proudly: "I wrote this story, and I drew the pictures together with AI." That is cool, nothing to be embarrassed about. Just like a painter uses a paintbrush and a writer uses a computer, AI is also a tool in our hands. What matters is your idea, your choice, and your story. Simply tell people how you used AI at each step. That is a kind of honesty and good manners. In the next course, we will learn even more skills for "using AI well." Keep it up!
