1. What we collect

• Account info: name and email provided by the parent/guardian at registration.
• Learning data: course progress, works created, likes — used to build the growth portfolio.
• Technical data: access logs and cookies (for login sessions and language preference).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from children (address, phone, etc.). Registration should be completed by a parent/guardian; children use the platform through the family account.

2. How we use it

• Providing courses, the creation studio and the community;
• Showing progress reports to parents;
• Sending the parent newsletter (unsubscribe anytime).

3. What we never do

• Never sell or share children's personal data with third parties (except where required by law);
• No behavioral advertising in child-facing interfaces;
• Never use children's creations to train AI models.

4. Parental rights

Parents may at any time contact [email protected] to export, correct, or completely delete their child's data. We process requests within 7 business days.

5. Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled databases. After account deletion, learning data is purged from production systems within 30 days.

6. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be announced via email or on-site notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
