Terms of Service

1. The service

AI for Kids (ai4kids.site) provides AI-literacy courses, an AI-assisted creation studio and a community for children aged 6-15. Registration should be completed by a parent/guardian; children use the platform under their supervision.

2. Accounts & parental responsibility

• Parents keep the credentials and are responsible for their child's use of the platform;
• Sharing one account across multiple families is not allowed.

3. Community rules

The community must not be used to share others' personal information, violent/inappropriate content, or work that infringes copyright. Violating content will be removed and repeat offenders suspended. Use the "Report" button on any work to flag issues.

4. Intellectual property

Works created on the platform belong to the child (and their guardian). Publishing to the community grants us a display license (for the community and promotional examples, removable on request).

5. Billing & refunds

Everything is free during launch; we will give 30 days' notice before any charging begins. Paid memberships can be cancelled anytime — no pro-rated refunds, but service continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Disclaimer & changes

The platform is provided "as is". Features and terms may change; material changes will be announced in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
